How to do it

Walking lateral lunge
Lateral lunge that alternates directions and adds a step between reps to work the adductors, glutes and quads.
Form. Take a wide step to the side, load your hips back over the bending leg and return with control before switching sides.
Common mistake. Letting the knee collapse, lifting the heel of the working leg, leaning the trunk without control, or shortening the step until the pattern is lost.
