Contact

Email: support@goforit.day

Responsible: Daniel Ortega (Spain).

Tell us what happened, on which screen and, if you can, attach a screenshot. Do not include passwords.

Account and password

If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in screen: we email you a 6-digit code. While signed in you can change it in More > Change password. If you signed in with Apple or Google, there is no password to change.

Delete my account and data

From the app: More > Account > Delete my account. We immediately delete your account and all your data, and also your purchase history at our payments provider (RevenueCat). You can also write to support@goforit.day from your account's email with the subject “Delete account”: we delete it within 30 days at most.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it first where you bought it (an Apple one, in Settings > your name > Subscriptions).

Subscriptions

GoForIt has a free tier and optional subscriptions (Plus and Pro). If you bought in the app, you manage and cancel it in your iPhone's Settings > your name > Subscriptions. If you bought on the web, from your account on the web. Cancelling deletes nothing you recorded: you stay on the free tier, which keeps the raw data of your activities for the last 12 months (the summaries, always).

Health data

GoForIt only reads the Health data you allow. You can change the permissions in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > GoForIt. If your data does not appear, check those permissions and open the app so it can sync; if nothing changes, write to us.

Plans from a coach or nutritionist

If a professional sent you a plan, open it from their link or with their code in More > Plans. For questions about the content of the plan, ask whoever sent it: GoForIt is the tool, not the professional.

Notice

GoForIt is a tracking and planning tool. It does not diagnose and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.
