Wall sit

Knee and hip isometric with your back against a wall, aimed at quad endurance.

Form. Rest your whole back against the wall, plant your feet firmly and lower only to an angle you can hold without knee pain.

Common mistake. Sliding your feet too close, resting your hands on your thighs, or holding a painful depth.
