How to do it

Sled drag
Resisted travel that integrates hip and knee extension with a firm trunk posture.
Form. Lean from the ankles, keep your steps short and drive into the floor continuously without losing trunk tension.
Common mistake. Pulling with your arms, taking steps that are too long, or rounding your back under load.
