How to do it

Seated machine triceps extension
Triceps extension on a seated machine with a guided path, an accessible alternative to practice pushing without holding your bodyweight.
Form. Adjust the seat and handles, keep your shoulders down and extend your elbows with control before returning slowly.
Common mistake. Raising the shoulders, lifting your back off the pad, bouncing at the end, or using a load that stops you from controlling the return.
