How to do it

Seated knee tuck
Knee tuck performed on the floor with hand support to bring the knees toward the torso and practice ab control without needing a bench.
Form. Keep your chest open, bring your knees in smoothly and move your feet away only as far as you keep the pelvis controlled.
Common mistake. Rocking on your glutes, pulling with the shoulders, rounding the neck, or extending the legs more than the lower back can control.
