How to do it

Seated bench knee raise
Knee raise seated on the edge of a bench, using your hands as support to practice ab control before hanging versions.
Form. Keep your chest open, bring your knees in without shrugging and return slowly as far as you can keep the lower back controlled.
Common mistake. Rocking on the bench, pulling with your shoulders, rounding your neck, or extending the legs too far if the back arches.
