How to do it

Reverse plank sliding adduction
Reverse plank with hands and heels on discs, where the legs come together and apart to work the adductors and trunk control.
Form. Raise your pelvis to a comfortable line, move your legs slowly and reduce the range if you cannot keep your shoulders and hips stable.
Common mistake. Letting the pelvis drop, sliding too fast, hyperextending the shoulders, or losing knee alignment.
