How to do it

Rack kettlebell march: exercise position

Rack kettlebell march

March raising one knee while holding a kettlebell in the rack position, useful for single-leg control and anti-rotation.

Form. Keep the load close to your chest, grow tall over the standing foot and alternate with slow, quiet steps.

Common mistake. Leaning toward the load, losing pelvis alignment, or raising your shoulders toward your ears.

The muscles listed are an editorial reference, not a measurement. Adjust the range and the load to what feels comfortable.
