How to do it

Plank around a kettlebell
Straight-arm plank where hands and feet move around a kettlebell while the trunk stays organized and the pelvis stable.
Form. Keep your shoulders active, move one support at a time around the load and shrink the circle if you cannot avoid rotating the hips.
Common mistake. Letting the lower back drop, moving both supports at once, speeding up without control, or placing the kettlebell where it can roll.
