How to do it

Plank dumbbell triceps extension
Single-arm triceps extension from a high plank with a dumbbell, a progression that combines arm work and resistance to rotation.
Form. Widen your feet, fix your shoulder and pelvis and move only the elbow; use a light dumbbell you can brake at all times.
Common mistake. Rotating the trunk, shrugging the supporting shoulder, losing the plank, or extending the arm with a sudden jerk.
