How to do it

Medicine ball toe taps
Alternating taps with the tip of the foot on a medicine ball from a light athletic stance.
Form. Use a stable ball that does not roll easily, tap softly in the center and alternate while keeping your trunk tall.
Common mistake. Stepping on the edge, looking only at the floor, locking the knees, or speeding up before mastering the balance.
