How to do it

Landmine sit-up
Sit-up where the end of a landmine bar is guided from the chest forward, combining ab, shoulder and grip control.
Form. Use a very light load, hold the end with both hands and come up in one continuous motion without pulling on your neck or lifting your feet.
Common mistake. Choosing a load you cannot brake, losing control of the bar, rounding the lower back excessively, or setting up the anchor insecurely.
