How to do it

L-sit
Isometric support where the legs stay extended in front of the body while the shoulders and abs hold the position.
Form. Push the floor away with firm hands, keep your chest high and use bent knees if you cannot yet hold your legs straight.
Common mistake. Sinking the shoulders, holding your breath, or attempting the long version without pelvic control.
