How to do it

Kneeling kettlebell quad extension
Quad extension from a kneeling position where the body leans back as a block while holding a kettlebell near the chest.
Form. Squeeze your glutes, keep a long line from knees to shoulders and use a small range at first; return with your quads without folding at the hips.
Common mistake. Hyperextending the lower back, losing knee alignment, using an excessive kettlebell, or falling backward without control.
