How to do it

Kneeling hip flexor stretch
Half-kneeling stretch that opens the front of the hip on the kneeling side.
Form. Kneel on one knee with the other leg in front, squeeze the glute of the back leg and shift your hips forward without arching your back until you feel the stretch.
Common mistake. Arching the lower back instead of moving the pelvis, kneeling without padding, or pushing the front knee so far forward that it gets loaded.
