How to do it

Guided machine squat
Squat on a guided-path machine that lets you focus on the quads and glutes with a reduced balance demand.
Form. Adjust the backrest and the foot support, lower keeping your heels firm and push the platform without locking the knees at the end.
Common mistake. Placing the feet too low, lifting the heels, rounding the pelvis at the bottom, or using a range that strains the knees or hips.
