How to do it

Floor bent-knee raise: exercise position

Floor bent-knee raise

Leg raise with bent knees from the floor, an accessible progression before keeping the legs long.

Form. Keep your ribs connected to your pelvis, bring your knees in with control and lower to the point where the lower back stays stable.

Common mistake. Swinging the legs, pulling on your neck, lowering too fast, or arching the lower back.
