How to do it

Crow pose
Hand balance with the knees resting on the backs of the arms, demanding wrist, shoulder and core strength.
Form. Squat with your hands planted shoulder-width apart, rest your knees on your arms, shift your weight forward and lift your feet one at a time; hold while looking slightly ahead.
Common mistake. Attempting it without warming up the wrists, throwing your weight forward without control, locking the elbows, or looking down and losing balance.
