How to do it

Barbell march
Alternating knee march with a barbell that challenges stability in single-leg support.
Form. Keep your ribs over your pelvis, raise one knee without leaning and alternate at a rhythm you can control.
Common mistake. Swaying the trunk, losing foot support, or raising your shoulders toward your ears.
