How to do it

Air bike sprint
High-demand cyclic interval on an air bike where legs and arms generate resistance in a coordinated way.
Form. Adjust the seat, push and pull the handles with rhythm, and build the intensity gradually before sprinting.
Common mistake. Putting all your weight on your shoulders, locking your elbows, losing foot contact, or starting at maximum intensity without a warm-up.
