How to do it

Standing cable row
Standing cable row that combines the lats and mid back with active hip and rib control.
Form. Take a stable step, make a slight hinge and bring your elbows back without shrugging or pulling with the lower back.
Common mistake. Using hip momentum, rounding the back, flaring the elbows without control, or leaning too far to move the load.
