How to do it

Seated spinal twist
Seated twist with one leg crossed over the other that stretches the side muscles of the trunk and the hip.
Form. Sit tall, cross one foot outside the opposite knee, place your hand behind you and rotate the trunk toward the bent leg helping with the other arm; grow taller as you inhale and twist a little more as you exhale.
Common mistake. Rounding the back, forcing the rotation with the arm, turning only the neck, or holding your breath.
