How to do it

Half-kneeling single-arm cable side crunch
Lateral flexion from half-kneeling with a cable that lets you train the obliques without compensating with a heavy load.
Form. Lock the pelvis, bring your ribs toward the hip on the same side and return slowly without pulling with your arm.
Common mistake. Twisting the torso, losing the kneeling posture, or pulling only with the shoulder.
