How to do it

Seated banded row
Seated band row bringing the hands toward the abdomen to work the lats and mid back; it is not a chest press as the original label indicated.
Form. Sit tall, anchor the band with your feet and bring your elbows back without rounding your back.
Common mistake. Pulling with raised shoulders, losing lower-back posture, or using a band with no tension at the start.
