How to do it

Plank hip dip
Forearm plank with a small, controlled sideways drop of the pelvis to work the obliques without losing shoulder stability.
Form. Push through your forearms, keep your neck long and rotate the pelvis from side to side through a small, even range.
Common mistake. Moving only the shoulders, sinking the lower back, or turning it into a fast swaying.
