How to do it

One-arm push-up
Push-up performed mainly on one arm, demanding chest and triceps strength along with great shoulder and trunk stability.
Form. Master the standard push-up first, spread your feet to create a base and reduce the range until you can keep your shoulder and pelvis organized.
Common mistake. Rotating the trunk, letting the supporting shoulder drop, shrugging the neck, or attempting the full version without enough strength.
