How to do it

Landmine squat to press
Squat holding the end of a landmine bar in front of the chest followed by a diagonal push upward, linking legs and shoulders in one movement.
Form. Hold the bar with both hands in front of your chest, lower into a squat with an upright trunk and, on the way up, use the leg extension to push the bar until your elbows are extended; return to the chest with control.
Common mistake. Pushing only with the arms without using the legs, arching the lower back at the end of the press, dropping the bar on the way back, or placing the feet too far from the anchor.
