How to do it

Jump rope
Repeated low-amplitude jumps with a rope to improve rhythm, coordination and cardiovascular tolerance.
Form. Keep your jumps low, land softly on the ball of your foot and turn the rope from your wrists and forearms, not your shoulders.
Common mistake. Jumping too high, landing with a heavy heel, or shrugging your shoulders.
