How to do it

Half-kneeling landmine rotation: exercise position

Half-kneeling landmine rotation

Controlled landmine rotation that challenges the obliques and shoulder from a stable kneeling base.

Form. Squeeze your glutes, guide the bar in an arc and rotate from the ribs without arching the lower back.

Common mistake. Moving only the arms, losing a neutral pelvis, or using a load that drags the trunk.

Obliques · Barbell

The muscles listed are an editorial reference, not a measurement. Adjust the range and the load to what feels comfortable.
