How to do it

Dumbbell thruster
Compound movement that links a squat with a vertical dumbbell press for strength and conditioning.
Form. Descend with firm feet, drive from the legs and finish the press with controlled ribs and aligned dumbbells.
Common mistake. Turning it into two disconnected movements, letting the knees collapse, or arching the back at the end of the press.
