How to do it

Dumbbell diagonal chop
Diagonal chop with one dumbbell held in both hands, integrating rib-cage rotation, hip control and oblique work.
Form. Start with a light load, move the dumbbell diagonally in one continuous motion and rotate with your hips and trunk without letting your knees collapse.
Common mistake. Pulling only with your arms, twisting the lower back abruptly, locking your knees, or using momentum to control an excessive load.
