How to do it

Crab walk
Four-point travel facing up that demands coordination, hip extension and scapular stability.
Form. Raise your hips to a comfortable height, share your weight between hands and feet and move forward with short alternating steps.
Common mistake. Letting the pelvis drop, holding your breath, or putting all your weight on the wrists.
