How to do it

Cossack squat
Lateral squat with one leg bending and the other staying long, aimed at the adductors, glutes and hip control.
Form. Shift your hips to one side, plant the foot of the bending leg and keep your trunk long. Alternate with control.
Common mistake. Letting the knee cave in, losing foot contact, or forcing depth without enough mobility.
