How to do it

Barbell lunge to press
Coordinated combination of a lunge and a press that integrates leg strength, shoulders and trunk control.
Form. Secure the lunge first, stabilize the bar and press without leaning the trunk back.
Common mistake. Losing balance from speeding up, arching the lower back, or locking the elbows violently.
