How to do it

Chest-supported banded high row
Band row from an inclined torso with chest support that prioritizes the lats, rhomboids and upper back.
Form. Rest your chest, start with your shoulder blades set and bring your elbows back and up without losing neck position.
Common mistake. Pulling only with the biceps, shrugging the shoulders, or lifting your chest to find range.
