How to do it

TRX-assisted pistol squat
Single-leg pistol squat using suspension straps to adjust balance and depth without losing the hip and knee pattern.
Form. Hold the straps with light tension, lower on the standing leg and use your arms only as help; reduce depth if the pelvis rounds.
Common mistake. Pulling hard on the straps, letting the knee drop, losing foot support, or chasing a depth you cannot control.
