How to do it

Stationary bike: exercise position

Stationary bike

Pedaling on a stationary or spin bike, low-impact cardio for warm-ups, intervals or aerobic work.

Form. Set the saddle so your knee stays slightly bent at the bottom, pedal at a steady cadence and adjust the resistance to the goal of the block.

Common mistake. Setting the saddle too low or too high, rocking the hips, rounding your back, or using a resistance that does not allow a clean cadence.

The muscles listed are an editorial reference, not a measurement. Adjust the range and the load to what feels comfortable.

In the app every exercise has its full animation: over 600 exercises and over 700 demonstration videos.
