How to do it

Standing kettlebell around the world
Circular pass of a kettlebell around the body while standing, useful to practice coordination, grip and anti-rotation control with a light load.
Form. Keep your feet firm and your ribs over your pelvis and pass the kettlebell from hand to hand without speeding up or turning the hips to follow the load.
Common mistake. Choosing a kettlebell that is too heavy, losing your grip, tilting the trunk, holding your breath, or doing fast circles without control.
