How to do it

Standing cable concentration curl
Single-arm cable biceps curl with a free support to focus the movement on the elbow without losing trunk posture.
Form. Set the cable low, fix your arm near your thigh and flex without raising the shoulder or turning the torso.
Common mistake. Moving the elbow away from the body, swinging, bending the wrist, or choosing a load that pulls on the shoulder.
