How to do it

Bent-over Smith machine row
Row with the Smith bar that offers a guided path while the lats and mid back bring the load toward the torso.
Form. Lean the torso with a long spine, bring the bar toward the lower ribs and control the descent without losing your posture.
Common mistake. Rounding the back, pulling only with the biceps, turning it into a hip jerk, or raising the shoulders toward the ears.
