How to do it

Cross-body shoulder stretch
Stretch that brings one extended arm across the chest to stretch the back of the shoulder.
Form. Cross one arm in front of your chest at shoulder height and draw it in with the other forearm without turning your trunk or shrugging; hold and switch sides.
Common mistake. Pulling hard on the elbow, raising the shoulder toward the ear, or turning the trunk to gain range.
