How to do it

Dumbbell renegade row
Single-arm row from a plank position on dumbbells, combining horizontal pulling and core control.
Form. Widen your base of support, row toward the hip and keep your shoulders and pelvis nearly parallel to the floor.
Common mistake. Rotating the trunk, shrugging the supporting shoulder, or using a weight that prevents a stable plank.
