How to do it

Plyometric box step-up
Fast step-up drill onto a low box that combines leg drive, support control and cardiovascular work.
Form. Use a low height, plant your whole foot on top and switch legs only when the box is stable and the landing is quiet.
Common mistake. Pushing from the foot that stays down, using an unstable box, or speeding up until you lose knee alignment.
