How to do it

Leaning machine hip abduction
Machine hip abduction with the torso leaned slightly forward, a variation that changes how the gluteus medius and pelvis feel the work.
Form. Adjust the pads, lean only as much as needed and open your legs without lifting the pelvis or using momentum.
Common mistake. Slamming the stops, leaning too far, lifting your glutes off the seat, or bouncing to open wider.
