How to do it

Landmine squat: exercise position

Landmine squat

Squat with an anchored bar that provides a diagonal path and a front load that is easy to control.

Form. Hold the end close to your chest, lower between your hips and stand up keeping your ribs and pelvis aligned.

Common mistake. Letting the bar drift away, dropping with the knees inward, or leaning the torso excessively.

Quadriceps, Gluteus maximus · Barbell

The muscles listed are an editorial reference, not a measurement. Adjust the range and the load to what feels comfortable.
