How to do it

Kneeling single-arm cable pulldown
Single-arm pulldown from a kneeling position that works the lats while the trunk resists the rotation the cable creates.
Form. Set one knee steady, bring the elbow down toward the hip and let the shoulder rise in a controlled way on the return without turning the chest.
Common mistake. Pulling with the biceps, leaning toward the cable, arching the back, or shrugging the shoulder during the pull.
