Kneeling kettlebell around the world
Circular path of a kettlebell around the head from a kneeling position, useful to practice shoulder and trunk control with a light load.
Form. Squeeze your glutes, keep your ribs stacked and guide the kettlebell in a slow circle that does not force you to compensate with the neck or lower back.
Common mistake. Using an excessive kettlebell, arching the back, moving your head to dodge the load, or speeding up the circle.
