How to do it

Sliding lateral lunge
Lateral lunge where one leg slides on a disc while the other controls the descent, holding a kettlebell close to the body.
Form. Keep the kettlebell close to your torso, send your hips back over the supporting leg and slide the other without losing the arch of the foot.
Common mistake. Letting the knee close in, rounding the back, sliding too fast, or using discs that catch on the surface.
