How to do it

Kettlebell goblet squat to lunge
Combination of a kettlebell goblet squat and a forward lunge that lets you raise the intensity while keeping a central, manageable load.
Form. Do a stable squat, recover your posture and go into the lunge with a step you can brake without leaning.
Common mistake. Joining the movements without control, holding the kettlebell away, letting the front knee drop inward, or speeding up from fatigue.
